Job summary

Chili's is seeking a To Go Specialist to ensure takeout guests receive an amazing experience. You will answer calls, take orders, and prepare meals for pickup, using our POS system to process transactions.

The role focuses on friendly service, accuracy, and efficiency, promoting specials, packing meals, and ensuring complete orders with utensils and receipts. You will describe menu items, collect guest feedback, and help improve the menu through feedback.

• Comply with safety and hygiene regulations
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
• Describe the menu and food to guests over the phone and in person, sharing suggestions
