Job summary

Northstar Preschools Cedar in Utah is seeking a Two-Year-Old Teacher who is patient, nurturing, and eager to support toddlers during key developmental milestones in a safe, structured setting.

You’ll guide potty training, social-emotional growth, and daily routines; maintain open communication with families; collaborate with a supportive team, and adhere to state licensing and health guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with toddlers is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support and guide children through potty training with consistency and care.
• Foster social-emotional development through positive interactions and modeling.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.
• Maintain open, professional communication with parents about daily progress.
• Create a structured, engaging classroom environment.
• Follow state licensing regulations and health guidelines.
