Job summary

Kinder College in New Jersey is hiring a caring Toddler Teacher to join our childcare team. This full-time role focuses on 2–3-year-old toddlers, with hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and a closing shift.

You will plan developmentally appropriate activities, maintain daily routines, and communicate with families. Candidates should have daycare experience and be comfortable with diaper changes, documentation apps, and working as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a daycare or classroom setting.
• Ability to provide a safe, nurturing environment for toddlers.
• Comfortable using an app to document daily activities for families.
• Reliable, patient, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Plan games and activities developmentally appropriate for toddlers.
• Design a daily and weekly schedule.
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities.
