Job summary

Durango 4C Council/Tri-County Head Start is hiring a Toddler Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages one to five. You will support social, emotional, and developmental needs while leading in classroom routines and lesson planning. The position runs Monday through Friday, 7:15 a.m.

to 3:15 p.m. with a pay range of $17.92 to $26.29 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working with young children ages one through five.
• Willingness to obtain a Child Development Associate Credential within the first year of employment.
• Successful completion of all required background checks and pre-employment requirements.

Position Summary

The Toddler Teacher:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:15 a.m.–3:15 p.m.
Pay Range: $17.92 – $26.29 per hour, depending on education and experience

Minimum Requirements
