Kids Crossing Daycare in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a dependable Full-Time Toddler Teacher to join our caring team. You will provide a safe, nurturing environment for toddlers, guiding routines, activities, meals, and daily care to help children learn and grow.

The role emphasizes teamwork, excellent communication with families, and supportive collaboration with other staff to maintain a positive classroom. We offer PTO, holiday pay, health insurance, and a 50% childcare discount.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous childcare experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass required background checks
• Must meet state requirements for employment in a licensed childcare program
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete required certification

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, nurturing, and high-quality care to children
• Plan and implement age-appropriate classroom curriculum and activities
• Supervise and actively participate in children's daily activities
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and developmental needs
• Assist with meals, diaper changes, toileting, naps, and other daily care needs
• Establish and maintain consistent classroom routines
• Greet children and families in a warm and welcoming manner
• Comfort children and assist with basic first aid when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other staff
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to provide a positive environment for children
