Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC is seeking a dedicated teacher for toddlers at the Hunter's Green location in Tampa. This full-time role focuses on creating engaging, hands-on activities and maintaining open communication with families about each child's milestones.

The position requires compliance with state and company background checks, DCF 45 hours, and a passion for developmentally appropriate practice.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • College-level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred.
  • 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required.
  • Florida Care Provider Clearinghouse Background Screening is required.

  • Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones.
