The Goddard School of Simpsonville at Harrison Bridge is hiring a Toddler Teacher to nurture and inspire young minds in a safe, engaging setting for children aged 1-3.

You will develop age-appropriate plans, monitor progress, and partner with parents and teammates to ensure a high-quality, collaborative learning environment while maintaining safety and cleanliness in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's growth and milestones.
