Primrose School of Liberty is seeking a Toddler Teacher to guide curious toddlers through a day of learning, play, and discovery in a caring classroom. You will support routines, language development, and social skills while following our curriculum.

This full-time role offers no weekends, paid training, and opportunities for growth within a family-oriented team. We welcome applicants with childcare experience or a strong work ethic and heart for children.

• Supporting toddlers through meals, diapering, potty learning, naps and daily routines.

• Reading stories, singing songs, dancing, playing and exploring.
• Leading age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and creativity.
• Helping children express feelings and interact positively with others.
• Following curriculum and creating an engaging, hands-on classroom.
• Building strong relationships with children, families and coworkers.
• Keeping the classroom clean, organized and safe.

Toddler Teacher

Toddlers are curious, energetic, determined, and full of personality. At Primrose School of Liberty, you'll help children navigate this exciting stage as they learn new words, make friends, explore their world, and become more independent every day.

We're looking forcaring and dependable Toddler Teachers to join our team and help create a classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.

What You'll Do

You'll guide toddlers through a busy, fun-filled day of learning, play, and discovery. Your day may include:

• Supporting toddlers through meals, diapering, potty learning, naps, and daily routines
• Encouraging language development, social skills, and independence
• Reading stories, singing songs, dancing, playing, and exploring
• Leading age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and creativity
• Helping children learn to express their feelings and interact positively with others
• Following our curriculum and creating an engaging, hands-on classroom
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• Keeping the classroom clean, organized, and safe

Schedule

We have three full-time Monday–Friday positions available:

• 7:15 AM–4:15 PM
• 8:15 AM–5:15 PM
• 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Each schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break.

Schedules may occasionally vary based on the needs of the school, classroom coverage, and staff availability. No weekends are required.
