Job summary

Purpose Kids is seeking a passionate Toddler Teacher to join Purpose Kids Early Childhood Learning Center – Wallisville. You will nurture children aged 18 months to 3 years, building meaningful relationships with families while creating a safe, engaging classroom.

You will plan developmentally appropriate activities, support holistic growth, and collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must pass all required background checks.
• Must meet Texas Child Care Regulation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, engaging classroom environment for ages 18 months–3 years.
• Plan age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play.
• Foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Maintain supervision and safety of every child.
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication.
