Acquire4Hire LLC is seeking an early childhood caregiver for toddlers aged 12 to 36 months in Greenwood, SC. The role supports a faith-based learning environment that nurtures safe exploration, developmental milestones, and a positive first learning experience.

You will lead hands-on activities, provide daily routine care, and document progress while collaborating with families and staff to maintain a warm, structured classroom.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive South Carolina Department of Social Services (DSS) background check and fingerprinting.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 35 pounds, sit on the floor, and remain active with children throughout the day.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and/or participate daily age-appropriate activities including sensory play, storytelling, arts and crafts, and outdoor exploration to stimulate cognitive and motor skills.
• Provide attentive physical care, including managing meal times, nap schedules, diapering, and toilet training assistance.
• Monitor and document each child's developmental progress, sharing regular updates and milestones with parents and guardians.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that complies with South Carolina child care licensing standards.
• Cultivate emotional regulation and social skills by guiding toddlers through sharing, empathy, and positive peer interactions.

Nice To Haves
