Job summary

New Horizon Academy in Fridley, MN is hiring a Toddler Teacher to join our early education team in the Toddler and Float classrooms. This role offers a hiring bonus eligibility and a competitive hourly wage.

We welcome applicants with at least 16 qualifying credits or a CDA, a flexible full-time Mon-Fri schedule, and a positive, team-oriented mindset. Prior childcare experience is preferred but not required.

We are seeking aTODDLER TEACHER to join our team at New Horizon Academy in the following classrooms:

• Toddler
• Float

Hourly wage range: $20.55 - $24.55

All applicantsMUST:

• Have a minimum of 16 qualifying semester credits or a CDA, to be considered teacher-qualified under MN Rule 3.
• Be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, Monday-Friday.
• Have positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude.
• Be willing to learn and grow as an educator.
