The Learning Experience #353 is seeking a passionate lead toddler teacher to join our team in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for toddlers. You will implement our LEAP curriculum with engaging characters and foster a supportive environment where children learn through play.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred, or six months required.
• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related degree preferred or high school diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for toddlers.
• Implement the LEAP curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support seamless play and learning.
• Communicate with parents about children's progress via apps and discussions.
