Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in childcare or early learning.
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practice.
• Strong communication, reliability, and team-centered mindset.
• Able to meet RI DHS licensing requirements for childcare staff.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
