Job summary

Primrose School at Eastfield Village in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Preschool Teacher to nurture young learners in a joyful, safe classroom. No nights or weekends, no prior experience required; training will be provided and a digital platform supports effective lesson delivery.

You will create a warm, nurturing environment for toddler-aged children, implement age-appropriate plans, and communicate with families to build a supportive community. Shift Schedule: 9:00am-6:00pm.

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Experience in early childhood education preferred; no prior experience required; training provided.

• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space.
