Bright Horizons at Purchase is seeking a full-time Teacher for Toddlers or Preschoolers. Located at 100 Manhattanville Rd, Purchase, NY, this center offers beautifully-designed classrooms, spacious playgrounds, and well-stocked resources. The schedule is 9:00am - 6:00pm with a pay range of $21.25 - $25.96 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of professional teaching experience in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
• CDA, Associate or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) required.
• State-qualifications for ECE Teacher highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
