Primrose School of St. Charles at Heritage is hiring a Preschool Toddler Teacher to guide and nurture our young learners. The role emphasizes creating a safe, engaging environment and implementing developmentally appropriate activities.

You’ll work Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm with no nights or weekends, in a supportive on-site classroom. Competitive pay and full benefits are offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education or preschool settings is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
