Apex Park and Recreation District is seeking an Assistant Toddler Teacher to support the Toddler program and preschool operations in Colorado. The role involves implementing engaging activities, assisting with curriculum, and communicating with families in a safety-conscious classroom.
The position emphasizes compliance with state licensing and health regulations, and requires 1–2 years of childcare experience, plus an Associate's degree or Level 2 PDIS.

As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where curiosity is encouraged, creativity is celebrated, and each child's individuality is respected. The Part-Time Licensed Childcare Assistant Teacher will work with the Toddler program operations and the preschool's daily operations, working in compliance with State Licensing Regulations, and State Health Department Regulations to create a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This role involves assisting the Lead Teacher with curriculum administration, Teaching preschool or Toddler care, and engaging with parents and the community.
