Job summary

Primrose School of Buford is seeking a Toddler Lead Teacher to nurture and guide 1–2-year-olds using our Balanced Learning curriculum. You’ll build trusting relationships with children, partner with families, and support a safe, engaging classroom every day.

You’ll implement age-appropriate lesson plans, manage classroom behavior, and participate in ongoing professional development to grow as an educator in a warm, onsite preschool environment.

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred.
• If you don't have prior experience - training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for Toddlers.
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth.
