You will be the heartbeat of the classroom, moving beyond childcare to provide an authentic Montessori experience.

Environmental Design: Maintain a beautiful, orderly, and safe classroom that encourages exploration.

Individualized Growth: Observe and assess each child to provide tailored guidance in language, motor skills, and social-emotional development.

Daily Rhythms: Lead transitions, self-care routines, and toileting with consistency, patience, and deep respect for the child.

Community Building: Establish strong partnerships with families and collaborate with colleagues on school-wide initiatives and professional development.

What You Bring

• Certification: Montessori Infant/Toddler Credential (AMI, AMS, or MACTE accredited preferred).
• Experience: At least 1 year working with the 18-month to 3-year age group.
