The Goddard School of Vinings, GA is seeking a motivated Assistant Toddler Teacher who will support the Lead Teacher in creating engaging programs and maintaining a safe, stimulating classroom. Join a collaborative team that values energy, enthusiasm and creativity to help children grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Experience in licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in child care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher with age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Support social, emotional, cognitive and physical development.
• Prepare classroom materials and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Supervise children and provide individualized support.
• Communicate with parents about child progress and activities.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Support daily care tasks to nurture learning environment.

Assistant Teacher Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
