The Goddard School of Manhattan (StuyTown) is seeking assistant teachers for our Toddler program. The ideal candidate will support classroom activities and ensure a safe and nurturing environment.

The Goddard School is seeking assistant teachers in our Toddler (1 and 2-year-old) program at our StuyTown location.

As an Employee, you will receive the following Benefits

• Twenty-Seven (27) paid personal days (Yes 27!!!) per year as follows:
• Ten (10) paid personal days per calendar year
• Five (5) paid personal days between Christmas and New Year's Day when the school is closed
• Seven (7) paid holidays per calendar year.
• Five (5) sick days per year (available to all employees, accrual starts with no waiting period)
• Up to 100% tuition reimbursement subject to performance and commitment to work for a specified period.
• Employer will offer and pay for health insurance cost including dental and vision insurance making insurance extremely affordable to employees.
• Employer will match up to 3% of your contributions to the 401K plan (Employer will deposit extra money into your 401K for your retirement!!!)
• Employees will be eligible for annual performance based pay increases

Qualifications

An assistant teacher must have a high school diploma or equivalent. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
