A well-known seafood restaurant chain is seeking a To Go Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and manage food orders. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring order accuracy. Ideal candidates are team players with attention to detail and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment while standing for long periods. This role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.66 to $25.00.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile.
• Suggestively selling drink, appetizer, and dessert options.
• Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS system.
• Assembling prepared food and drink orders in appropriate packaging.
• Walking orders to guests inside and outside for curbside pickup.
• Thanking guests and inviting them to return.
• Following all food safety standards.
