Job summary

Applebee’s is seeking a To-Go Specialist at our Latham location. You will take phone and online orders, provide friendly service, and ensure orders are prepared and packaged accurately for pickup or carside delivery.

Responsibilities include handling payments, multitasking between dine-out and to-go orders, and contributing to a welcoming restaurant atmosphere with a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• 1+ year of restaurant / customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Team-oriented with a passion to succeed.

In this role, you will be responsible for serving each to-go guest, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. You will take orders via phone, use suggestive selling, ensure orders are packaged accurately, receive payment and accurately count back change. You must be able to multi-task and handle online orders in addition to phone orders.
