Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking a friendly To Go Specialist to welcome guests, take orders, and ensure accurate curbside pickups. You will upsell drinks and desserts while maintaining quick service and precise POS entries.

Ideal candidates can stand 8–12 hours, lift up to 30 pounds, and work well in a fast-paced team environment. This role emphasizes food safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirements to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Stand for 8–12 hour shifts and move around the restaurant.
• Be a team player with attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcome smile and friendly attitude.
• Suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts to guests.
• Take accurate orders and input into the POS system.
• Package orders for curbside pickup and manage transactions.
• Deliver orders to guests and thank them, inviting return.
• Follow all food safety standards.

Your responsibilities as a To Go Specialist will include, but are not limited to:

• Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile
• Suggestively selling drink, appetizer, and dessert options
• Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS system
• Assembling prepared food and drink orders in appropriate packaging to ensure orders are complete and safe for guests to transport
• Walking orders to guests inside and outside the restaurant for curbside pickup and managing transactions
• Thanking guests and inviting them to return
• Following all food safety standards

What it Takes to Succeed (Physical Job Requirements)

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
