Job summary

Bonefish Grill in Virginia Beach is seeking a To-Go Specialist to lead the off-premise dining experience with hospitality and a smile. You will deliver a tailored meal service for guests ordering to-go, sharing menu knowledge and recommendations to enhance satisfaction.

Responsibilities include accurately processing orders and payments, assembling and delivering orders, and being a strong team player. The role offers benefits and opportunities within a diverse, Equal Opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to describe menu items and provide recommendations to guests.
• Demonstrated team collaboration and reliable hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders and enhance the guest experience for off-premise dining.
• Use menu knowledge to make recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Process orders and payments accurately with courtesy and speed.
• Assemble and deliver orders with a friendly, professional attitude.
