Job summary

Outback Steakhouse is hiring a To-Go Specialist to lead the guest experience for orders placed outside our dining rooms. You will deliver hospitality, share menu favorites, and ensure each to-go order reflects our bold brand and high standards.

As part of the Outback Family, you’ll work with a team to efficiently assemble, package, and hand off meals with a smile. Compensation includes tips, and we provide medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits where eligible.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused approach and guest-first mindset.
• Ability to accurately take and process orders with a smile.
• Excellent teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of menu items to make recommendations.
