Job summary

Quaker Steak & Lube is seeking a To-Go Specialist to manage all aspects of takeout and delivery orders with care and hospitality. You will coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure accurate orders, proper packaging, and timely handoffs, delivering a seamless off-premise experience for guests.

No prior experience is required, but previous to-go experience is a plus. The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to food safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and accurately enter to-go and delivery orders through phone, online, and in-person channels.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
• Package food and beverages carefully to maintain quality, presentation, and temperature.
• Verify orders for accuracy before handoff to guests or delivery drivers.
• Provide friendly and helpful service to guests picking up orders or calling with questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area and related stations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The role
