Job summary

Quaker Steak & Lube in Milford, OH is seeking a To-Go Specialist to manage takeout and delivery orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, proper packaging, and warm hospitality for every guest.

You will coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain order accuracy and timely service, while upholding food safety standards and a positive guest experience. No experience required; prior to-go experience is a plus, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Verify orders for accuracy before handoff to guests or delivery drivers.
• Provide friendly and helpful service to guests picking up orders or calling with questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area and related stations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The role
