Job summary

Olive Garden is hiring a To Go Specialist to help guests pick up orders both in-house and curbside, ensuring fast, accurate service and a welcoming experience.

You will be responsible for learning the menu, assisting guests with selections, and maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation while working in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive menu knowledge to make recommendations and ensure order accuracy
• Strong guest service mindset and sense of urgency

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with to-go orders and curbside pickup, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain on-time preparation and delivery of orders to guests
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and upsell where appropriate
• Coordinate with team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth kitchen operations

$16.90 per hour - $16.90 per hour plus tips
