Position Overview

As a To Go Specialist, you recognize that many people have busy lives, and guests who pick up food to-go have become increasingly important. To Go Specialists deliver convenience without compromising quality or safety. Guests may choose to pick up their food in the restaurant or curbside in their car; in either case, you are excited to serve them!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to guests picking up food for delivery or curbside.
• Display a strong sense of urgency and excellent menu knowledge, ready to make recommendations.
• Ensure all orders are on-time and accurate before they leave the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the to-go service area.
• Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to resolve order issues quickly.
