The To-Go Specialist position involves:

• Answering phone calls and assisting guests with placing their To-Go orders.
• Maintaining a cheerful, courteous disposition and a neat, professional appearance.
• Possessing proficient knowledge of the menu to explain offerings and answer questions.
• Monitoring and entering all orders from third-party To-Go platforms into the POS and delivering orders to drivers.
• Delivering food and beverages to guests promptly, including retrieving orders from the kitchen and packaging them appropriately.
• Setting up and maintaining the dedicated workstation during the shift.
• Preparing supplies for the shift, such as condiments and sauces.
• Assisting other front-of-house staff during downtime.
• Adhering to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
