Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a To-Go Roadie to support carry out operations, ensuring fast, accurate take-out orders and a Legendary Service standard. You will answer phones, assist guests, and use our POS system to complete To-Go sales while collaborating with Back of House.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take orders

• Package orders with accuracy and neat presentation
• Coordinate with Back of House to finish orders
• Provide quotes on order times if needed
• Utilize online and mobile app ordering
• Ensure proper safety and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with team to maintain service standards
