Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a legendary welcome and goodbye during order placement and pickup
• Answer calls and take orders with proper phone etiquette
• Know the menu to accurately take and place orders
• Package orders with accuracy and neatness
• Collaborate with Back of House to complete orders
• Provide quotes on wait times to guests and manage expectations
• Understand our online and mobile app ordering systems
• Use POS to process To-Go sales, gift cards, and payments
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
