Job summary

Bonefish Grill in Exton, PA is hiring a To-Go Specialist to deliver exceptional hospitality for guests ordering carryout. You will help guests select menu items, answer questions, and ensure orders are prepared accurately and promptly.

Following our hospitality standards, you will lead the guest experience with a smile, process payments, assemble and deliver orders, and work collaboratively with the team to provide an outstanding to-go experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates hospitality standards and guest-facing service.
• Ability to clearly communicate menu items and recommendations.
• Accurate order taking and timely payment processing.

Responsibilities
