• Substitute items when requested.
• Scan, bag and label purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Verify customer IDs for alcohol sales; assist customers picking up orders.
• Complete Accountability Form end-to-end and maintain a courteous attitude.
• Wear Food Lion uniform and maintain neat appearance.
• Prevent waste and manage store supplies responsibly.
• Adhere to guidelines and correct unsafe conditions.
• Notify QA about cleaning or maintenance needs; complete CBT training.
• Perform other duties as assigned; meet physical requirements.
