Job summary

Huey’s Restaurant in Cordova, TN, is seeking To-Go Attendants to manage take-out orders with fast, friendly service. You’ll greet guests, answer phones, and ensure orders are complete and accurate before leaving the building.

Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, maintaining the take-out area, and collaborating with a high-energy team to deliver excellent guest experiences during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and team
• Experience handling POS transactions
• Able to move quickly between guest cars and lobby for up to 8 hours
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Previous host/hostess experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Know the menu and ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Answer phones with a friendly greeting and assist with To-Go orders
• Enter orders in proper sequence
• Maintain pace and intensity for extended periods
• Handle money, make change, and process credit cards
• Work effectively in a team
• Greet guests curbside or in-person
• Keep take-out area clean
• Contact a manager if there is a problem with food or guest experience
• Ensure take-out orders are accurate before leaving
• Complete daily side work duties
