Job summary

LifeStance Health in Lexington, KY, is seeking a Psychiatrist to join our TMS program in an outpatient setting. The role offers full‑time or part‑time options with telemedicine and in‑person flexibility.

Applicants must be fully licensed in Kentucky (BE/BC) with an unencumbered DEA and experience in medication management and psychotherapy. Compensation can exceed $330,000–$375,000+ per year, plus a sign‑on bonus and full benefits.

• Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy.
• Experience with TMS is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatry services in an outpatient TMS program.
• Manage medications and psychotherapy for patients.
• Collaborate with mid-levels and the clinical team.
• Support telemedicine and in-person care as needed.

Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Psychiatrists that are:

• Fully licensed in the state of Kentucky, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA.
• Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy.
• Experience with TMS a plus, but we will provide training.
• Experienced in working with children & adolescents or across the lifespan.
• Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).
