Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatrist for our TMS program in Lexington. Must be fully licensed in Kentucky, BE/BC, and experienced in medication management and psychotherapy to provide excellent patient care.

We offer 100% outpatient work with flexible schedules, telemedicine and in-person options, and a high-earning compensation model that can exceed $330,000–$375,000+ annually, with a sign-on bonus and full benefits.

Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Psychiatrists that are:

• Fully licensed in the state of Kentucky, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA.
• Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy.
• Experience with TMS a plus, but we will provide training.
• Experienced in working with children & adolescents or across the lifespan.
• Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic(s).
