Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routing, scheduling, and carrier assignments to maximize lead time and reduce delays.
• Serve as primary contact for contracted carrier transportation needs.
• Perform load consolidations in TMS and ensure SAP data alignment.
• Monitor track-and-trace updates and inform Customer Service of disruptions.
• Manage daily tendering, cost, service level, and capacity.
• Lead claim investigations related to freight issues or service failures.
• Prepare weekly carrier dashboards and analyze freight savings vs targets.
