Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Treasury Management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and analyze Financial Statements.
• Proven track record of client interactions and proactive solution development.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and TM solution based systems (XAA, ACE, Mobius, etc).

Discover a career in banking at Fifth Third Bank.**GENERAL FUNCTION:**Treasury Management Sales Associates II are members of the Sales Delivery team and are responsible for assisting the Treasury Management Officers with various sales related activities including client pricing, presentation building and portfolio management. This position operates in the capacity of senior level Sales Associate with proven success in all areas of responsibility of the Sales Associate I role and aligns with more complex sales opportunities and activities. Responsibilities are to be completed with limited supervision in a proactive manner and involve accountability for empowered decision-making and a high level of expertise and depth of knowledge in Treasury Management. The goal of the position is to acquire the knowledge and skill set necessary to become a Treasury Management Officer with full account responsibilities and sales goals. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:*** Support assigned Treasury Management Officers in the sales process and integrate with local/regional teams with elevated business acumen and executive presence* Client call preparation, proposal generation, relationship reviews, client and industry trend analysis, working capital analysis, pricing and profitability modeling in a setting that requires a high level of expertise working with complex clients and Treasury Management solution offerings* Review and data mine existing Treasury Management Officer's portfolio for revenue/cross-sell opportunities* Responsible for small sales opportunities and follow up, assisting with solution development* Assume primary responsibility for assigned RFP sections. Complete accurately, meeting deadlines while collaborating on finished product* Work jointly with cross-functional deal team and assist in solution development and value proposition.
