Job summary

Twin Lakes School Corporation in Monticello, IN seeks an Athletics/Coaching professional to plan, implement and teach sport fundamentals while upholding school values and sportsmanship.

You will foster athlete development, communicate with families and staff, and collaborate with administrators to ensure a positive, productive sports program year-round.

• Create, plan, and teach fundamentals of the sport.
• Effectively and consistently communicate and interact with students, parents, staff and community, while enthusiastically demonstrating and modeling good sportsmanship.
• Demonstrate commitment to develop and condition student athletes, in and out of season.
• Have the ability to build and maintain an atmosphere of fun and mutual respect.
• Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with administration and teaching staff.
• Monitor appropriate use and care of equipment, materials and facilities.
• Provide quality, accurate, constructive, corrective, specific and timely feedback to students that encourages them to perform at their highest level.
• Advocate for and lead initiatives that will enhance student success in and out of school.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
