Job summary

First American’s GO Title division seeks a Channel Production Manager to lead production operations for a multi-county group, including offshore teams. You will supervise a staff up to 30 and partner with clients to improve service delivery and cost performance.

You will drive day-to-day operations, analyze P&L, manage workflows, and mentor staff while aligning with strategic goals and continuous process improvement across onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of directly related experience.
• 5+ years of management and leadership experience.
• Title insurance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage staffing and performance.
• Lead day-to-day operations across onshore and offshore teams.
• Enhance client relationships and optimize service levels.
• Analyze monthly P&L and drive cost improvements.
• Collaborate with finance and Channel Director to improve unit costs.
