Key Responsibilities:

  • Insurability & Underwriting Decisions: Make authoritative insurability decisions, translate title insurance guidelines, apply title endorsements, and resolve objection letters, indemnity requests, and title defects.

  • Rate Calculation & Compliance: Accurately calculate title product rates and fees using underwriter rate manuals and rate filings in full compliance with state statutes or and Title Insurance Regulations.

  • Policy & Post‑Closing Production: Issue pro‑forma policies, assist in formal policy production, and manage post‑closing title requests and revisions.

  • Client Relationship & Service: Maintain exceptional service levels with internal teams, real estate partners, affinity groups, and external clients.

Required Qualifications:
  • Active Title Producer / Insurance License in Colorado (or willingness/ability to obtain reciprocal/additional state licensing).

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in title examination, production, and underwriting support in Colorado.

  • Demonstrated expertise across Residential, Commercial, and Acreage (metes and bounds) examinations.

  • In‑depth knowledge of CO Statutes, Title Insurance Regulations, legal terminology, and underwriter standards/guidelines.

  • Proficiency with title plant systems (e.g., SKLD / Title Data, regional plant software), Deed Plotter software, and county government websites.

  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑centric focus.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment, prioritizing according to departmental guidelines and consistently meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
