Zillow Group is seeking an experienced Title Officer to join our Title Solutions team. You will manage title-only files through examination and curative, resolving complex title matters and delivering a world-class closing experience.
You will work with search vendors, attorneys, underwriters, and consumers to keep closings on track, applying technical judgment, urgency, and meticulous attention to detail across a fast-moving pipeline.

Zillow Closing is looking for an experienced Title Officer to bring deep search, examination, and curative expertise to our Title Solutions team.
You will independently manage title-only files through examination and curative, resolve complex title matters, and help deliver a world-class closing experience. You will work closely with search vendors to obtain complete search packages, keep Closing Associates informed of file status, and maintain momentum across a fast-moving pipeline. Success in this role means combining technical judgment, urgency, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail to meet our service-level commitments.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $30.20 - $45.20 hourly. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia the standard base pay range for this role is $28.60 - $43.00 hourly. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.
