Job summary

Fort Worth ISD in Fort Worth, Texas seeks a Grant Compliance Manager to lead Title I, Part A programs under ESSA. The role plans, coordinates, and oversees program development, monitoring, and fiscal oversight across campuses.

You will collaborate with district teams, prepare federal and state reports, and ensure compliance with TEA requirements. This position is grant-funded and Exempt, reporting to the Director II - Grants.

Qualifications

• Accredited high school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–6 years of grant-related experience or similar grant management background.
• Experience in monitoring compliance for grants and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Title I, Part A compliance and reporting.
• Develop communication materials and templates for ESSA program.
• Maintain a document management system for 111 Title I campuses.
• Provide technical assistance to district and campus staff to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate grant management activities including budgets, documentation and timelines.
