• Plan and conduct weekly planning meetings with grade level or department teams.

• Visit classrooms to observe and provide feedback on instruction.
• Mentor new teachers and teachers new to the campus/district.
• Assist with selecting instructional materials and integrating technology.
• Prepare data-driven reports to assist with TEKS spiraling and differentiation.
• Collaborate to identify students needing Tier I intervention and design schedules.
