Job summary

Dudley Land Company is seeking Title Agents with real North Dakota experience to join our Williston Basin/Bakken teams and help move projects forward. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

We require 5+ years of ND/Bakken title experience, strong computer and Excel skills, and an Active AAPL membership (or willingness to obtain). You must also be able to contract as a business entity and meet our contractor guidelines.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of North Dakota/Bakken title experience required
• Strong computer/Excel skills
• Active AAPL membership, with references, or a willingness to obtain
• Ability to contract as a business entity and meet Dudley's standard contractor guidelines

Nice to have:

• Experience with BLM/Federal Title nuances
• Familiar with calculating WI
• Prior experience as a Title Reviewer, Team Lead, or Crew Chief
