Job summary

MVP National Title in Greenwood, IN seeks an experienced Title Agency Manager to direct the Greenwood office’s title search, examination, commitment, and closing operations while driving client relationships and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in title insurance and escrow leadership, deep knowledge of regulations, and hands-on experience with underwriters; strong team leadership and ability to implement scalable processes.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of management experience in the title insurance and/or escrow services industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of title search, examination, commitment, and closing procedures.
Thorough understanding of Indiana title insurance regulations and escrow compliance.
Demonstrated experience working directly with underwriters and managing agency relationships.
Proven team leadership and performance management capability.

Responsibilities

Direct all title search, examination, commitment, and closing operations.
Resolve escalated title issues, curative matters, and complex transactions.
Implement and refine operational systems, workflows, and quality controls.
Administer escrow accounts in accordance with state and underwriter requirements.
Ensure compliance with Indiana title insurance regulations and underwriter guidelines.
Serve as the primary liaison with title underwriters.
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
Establish and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and attorneys.
Monitor financial results and drive agency profitability.
