Qualifications

• 1 year experience reviewing records or performing data entry in a tissue banking, medical device, or healthcare-related industry, or in an office environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive chart review by entering data and filing records.
• Retrieve production records and compile donor documents with lab results.
• Support tissue processing tasks, including freeze-drying activities and managing the movement of tissue grafts and samples.
• Assist with Quality Verification to ensure accuracy of regulated documentation.
• Promote improved documentation quality and completeness through communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support equipment management by verifying maintenance and repair activities in coordination with the equipment team.
