Job summary

LifeNet Health in Indianapolis is seeking a Distribution Services Technician to support the shipping and handling of ambient and frozen human tissue. You will operate in a fast paced warehouse, following strict SOPs, and contribute to our mission of saving lives and restoring health.

You will rely on RF technologies, SAP, and a transportation management system to pull orders, pack accurately, and coordinate shipments with FedEx, UPS, and couriers.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse experience.
• Experience following standard operating procedures in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate RF devices and complex warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship ambient and frozen human tissue per SOPs.
• Meet daily shipping deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Pull and pack orders using RF technologies, SAP, and a transportation management system.
• Coordinate shipments with FedEx, UPS and couriers.
• Record daily KPIs and collaborate cross-functionally to improve process flow.
